    I would like a great recipe for homemade vegan sausage. Chorizo flavor is my favorite but I like the sage breakfast style flavor as well. I don’t like to buy the processed vegan sausages and those that contain gluten, such as the Field Roast brand taste fabulous but give me strong stomach cramps. I’ve made a raw version with portabellos, nuts and nutritional yeast that I just haven’t been able to acclimate to – though I do like nutritional yeast and portabellos.
